Is it true that the PIS government specifically blocks the supply of pain drugs such as MST because it wants to save money on patients in a terminal state? It is known that these people will die anyway and painkillers will not cure them of the disease, so the point is that they do not generate high costs for the National Health Fund which has a gigantic deficit. Hence my question whether these drugs will appear in pharmacies at least as fully paid for patients?

The drug in doses of 30 and 60 mg is expected to go on sale later this month. At the moment, there are no plans to supply the drug in a dosage of 10 mg.
