Can Tetralysal affect the results of studies such as total cholesterol, triglycerides, ALT, AST?

I am finishing tetralysal treatment and the dermatologist referred me for blood tests to start isotec treatment, I came out slightly elevated Total cholesterol (200mg / dl), Triglycerides (165mg / dl), ALT (32.1U / l) and AST ( 30.4U / l)Is it possible that it is through tetralysal and will I be able to use the isotek?

According to information from the manufacturer, the drug may increase the activity of transaminases (ALT and AST). Therefore, during the use of Tetralysal, the results of the transferase level tests may be falsified. However, there is no information that the drug affects the concentration of total cholesterol or triglycerides. Although the final decision to start Izotek therapy will be made by a doctor experienced in retinoid treatment, in my opinion it has contraindications. Here you can check the availability of Izotek in pharmacies and make a reservation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/38761/izotek-20-mg-kapsulki/apteki I also attach a link to helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-pozbyc-sie-tradziku-u-doroslych https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
