The side effects you are observing may or may not be due to your use of the new medicine Rybelsus. Rybelsus is a relatively new drug on the market. In addition, it is subject to additional monitoring (even more carefully than other drugs). In general, this is due to the lower amount of information available about a particular medicine compared to other medicines, for example due to the fact that it is new to the market or data on its long-term use are limited. This does not mean that the drug is dangerous. All side effects of the drug should be reported both to your doctor and to yourself. We write about how to do it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane The most common side effects are gastrointestinal complaints (diarrhea, vomiting, nausea). After three days of taking the drug, skin pain and muscle paresis, I can't walk or bend down. Every muscle hurts. Did anyone have similar symptoms, or did they go away after stopping taking the drug?
I also have burning skin

Up to @Cricri:
Rybelsus (semaglutide) may cause some side effects, especially in the initial phase of treatment or when increasing the dose. The symptoms you describe – nausea, migraines, itchy skin, fatigue – may be related to the effects of the drug, although some of them are less common.
If your symptoms are severe, particularly itching, which may indicate an allergic reaction, or if you have doubts about whether the medication should be continued, it is important to consult your doctor. Your doctor may advise you to stop treatment or adjust your dose, and to assess whether your symptoms are directly related to Rybelsus. Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor, but it is worth discussing these symptoms with a specialist as soon as possible to avoid more serious complications.

I have been taking Rybelsus 3 mg for 1 month and now 7 mg, I have very bad back, nausea, migraine and it itches everywhere, the neck, the ankles, the inside of the hands, the arms. Fatigue .is it due to the Rybelsus? Should he be stopped?
I have just started my 2nd month of rybelsius 14 and I have the following symptoms
Irritation of the lower back, lower abdomen, inner arms, inner thighs, excruciating pain in the legs and enormous fatigue.
I also had scratchy eyes
Wait again or stop?
Thank you
After increasing the dose to 14 mg, I started to feel skin pain, at first only on the legs, then it went to the buttocks, back and arms. I've been struggling for 2 weeks now and I often have to take painkillers because I wake up in the middle of the night. A strange symptom like burning, pricking with a thousand thin needles.
I have similar sensations, back pain/burning.
Do the symptoms disappear after stopping rybelsus?
Best regards
I have similar feelings, burning/pain in the skin mainly on my back.

Good evening, have you had a medical response to your skin sensitivity?
10 days after increasing the dose of Rybelsus to 14mg, I feel a burning sensation on my back (especially the lower part), arms, inner thighs. A sunburn-like sensation with no skin symptoms.
Judging by the reaction of other people, this is another side effect.
I have the same thing. I've been using Rybelsus for over a month now. I'm already taking a dose of 14mg, the skin on my back and legs has been hurting for a few days.
I had the same thing. Extreme hypersensitivity all over the body. I brushed and desensitized myself despite the tears and immense pain and it passed.
I have the exact same thing.
Was this skin pain actually from rybelsus? Did it subside after withdrawal, or did you control it in some other way? Best regards.
