I've been taking triplixam for two weeks now. I have a good pressure but after a week of taking I feel a faster heartbeat, palpitations. Is this some side effect of this drug and can it pass?

Palpitations (heart problems) are mentioned as a fairly common side effect caused by Triplixam. Usually, these ailments are not too burdensome and dangerous, they are felt especially at the beginning of therapy, and over time they pass. Do not stop treatment, if palpitations get worse and are very bothersome, you should see your doctor.
