Hi transtec patches hold poorly on my back. On the cage is ok. And the question is my percentage of action is when I stick on the leg.? What do I do or 50% or maybe 80%?

The manufacturer does not specify how the place of application affects the degree of absorption of the drug contained in the Transtec transdermal system. The patch should be applied to a clean, dry, hairless surface of the skin. The recommended places of application in the upper body are the upper back and the subclavian region of the chest. In the case of other places of application than recommended, it is difficult to predict what the effectiveness of the drug will be. This can only be checked by applying the patch in a given place and observing whether the intended analgesic effect will be achieved or not. Please remember that the skin on which we apply the patch should be dry, smooth, and before application, no care products such as creams or lotions should be used.
