Atarax is a drug with anxiolytic and sedative effects, it also has antihistamine and bronchodilator properties. The active substance is hydroxyzine hydrochloride. The active substance in Alprox is alprazolam. An indication of the adjustment of alprazolam are anxiety disorders with panic attacks in a situation where anxiety symptoms are severe (short-term use). It should not be used for a long time, as it can be physically and mentally addictive. Drugs are not their substitutes, their use should be absolutely consulted with a doctor.
