Yes, you can safely combine these drugs. The drug Chronada contains chondroitin and glucosamine. Chondroitin may have a weak anticoagulant effect, but this occurs when using much higher doses than those recommended. Glucosamine also does not interact with the small molecule heparin contained in neoparin, hence there are no contraindications to the combination of both drugs.
