Can I take a Gripex tablet if I cannot tolerate NSAIDs and can take a maximum of 250 mg of paracetamol?

1 tablet of Gripex contains 325 mg of paracetamol, so if you cannot tolerate a dose above 250 mg - the drug is not indicated.
