Does Depratal cause men to have a decrease in fertility and worse child development?

Good morning, I recently found out that my partner is taking Depratal 30mg. He was prescribed for anxiety neurosis. I've always wanted to have children and I don't know if I should be worried. Does this drug cause a decrease in fertility? And is it possible that the baby will later develop worse due to taking this drug during fertilization?

In animal studies, duloxetine (the active ingredient in Depratal) had no effect on male fertility. As for the human studies, one more recent study that included 68 healthy men aged 18-65 years showed no clinically significant effect on sperm DNA, semen parameters, or hormones in the blood serum.
