Currently, only a few pharmacies have Granulox aerosol in stock: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/93008/granulox-aerozol/apteki From what I have been able to determine, Granulox is currently available from the manufacturer. However, this is not a remedy that can be ordered to the pharmacy from popular pharmaceutical wholesalers. The pharmacy can order the drug directly from a representative - distribution is carried out by the company Mölnlycke.
