The drug is not registered in Poland and is not sold in pharmacies. There are also no substitutes with this substance. In pharmacies, prescription drugs are available with other substances from the same chemical group - benzodiazepines, e.g. with diazepam, lorazepam, alprazolam or estazolam. Some, like Halcion, are indicated for the treatment of insomnia.
