Judging from the photo of the e-prescription printout attached by you, I can say that Nitrendipine is intended for emergency use (1 tablet) with a sudden increase in blood pressure. You should use Noliprel every day at a fixed time - 1 tablet each, preferably in the morning, before a meal.
