Among the side effects of the dietary supplement Revitanerw are not mentioned constipation. Revitanerw is a preparation in the form of capsules supporting the proper functioning of the nervous system. The product contains in its composition vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, E, selenium, alpha-lipoic acid and borage seed oil containing gamma-linolenic acid - alpha-lipoic acid can cause diarrhea, and borage oil flatulence, but none of them should be the cause of constipation. Perhaps the ailments are associated with a simultaneous change in diet and reduced fluid supply in the autumn-winter period compared to summer. I had the same, so I'm not alone with it. If patients report such symptoms, please do not quote leaflets stupidly, because people can read. If someone asks a specialist, it is not about the answer from the leaflet, but about the knowledge and analysis of ingredients.
