Dupixent is indicated for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, the preparation has no indication for the treatment of joint pain. The effect on the joints may be associated with side effects that may or may not occur. It is impossible to predict in advance with certainty who will experience specific side effects and what their severity will be. The most common side effects of Dupixent are injection site reactions (including erythema, swelling, itching, pain and swelling), conjunctivitis, allergic conjunctivitis, joint pain, oral herpes and eosinophilia. It is estimated that joint pain may occur more than one in one in a hundred people, but less often than one in ten people taking Dupixent. For 14 days I have been taking Dupixent for severe neurodermatitis (first 2 injections, last Wednesday one). I have a total IPI value of >5000 IU/ml. On Friday evening I suddenly noticed swollen feet, especially both ankles are swollen. Can this be related to Duplinex? Thank you for an answer!

To @Dorade:
Thank you for sharing your case. Joint pain is a known side effect of Dupixent (dupilumab) that may occur in some patients.
In this situation, please consult your treating physician who will assess the severity of your symptoms and their impact on your quality of life. It is the doctor who decides on the possible treatment of the patient, m.in. on the basis of the patient's medical history and previous response to treatment. Only a doctor can decide whether to change pharmacotherapy. It is crucial not to stop treatment on your own, as this can lead to an exacerbation of the underlying disease.
I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse effect of the preparation. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

To @Anna:
I am not able to answer you why you are experiencing pain, only on the basis of the attached information. For this, it is necessary to know the patient's medical history and test results. Any drug can cause side effects. If they do not subside with time of taking the drug or significantly hinder daily functioning, it should be reported to the attending physician. Perhaps another drug will bring better results and fewer side effects.
How would you say there is no demand? Why do I have these pains? And why don't they pass me? Why does dupixent have these side effects?

To @Anna:
You didn't write what the question is.
I would add that the doctor copied the contents of the package leaflet and did not answer the question
Hello, I have been doing dupixent since September 2023, and I have intense joint pain that does not allow me a good quality of life. The pains are mainly in the legs, even at night. But they are also widespread on the arms and neck. I also have itchy eyes and conjunctivitis, so much so that I can't stand contact lenses. Positive effects are the recovery of the sense of smell that has been missing for years. I'm afraid of worsening symptoms
