Does holding a Lamilept tablet in my mouth weaken its effectiveness?

Good morning, I have a question. Sometimes I have so that it keeps lamilept tablets in the mouth I take 2x100 immediately swallow them together. I go to cognitive therapy because I have wlqsni3 with this problem. I read that it dissolves in the digestive tract. If I keep them in my mouth, will they have any effect? Smaller or larger I feel that this envelope dissolves a little. In that case, should I take an additional 25 mg to compensate for the dissolution in the mouth or will it have the correct effect anyway?

Holding the tablet in your mouth for a while and gently dissolving it does not affect the effectiveness of Lamilept. Do not take an additional dose.
