The drug Prestarium is available in the pharmacy in doses of 5mg and 10 mg. As I understand it, you are currently taking 1/2 tablet from a dose of 5mg? Please remember that any modifications in the treatment of hypertension should be made after consultation with the attending physician familiar with the current state of health of the patient. Technically, dividing the tablet into 4 equal parts will be problematic, because it is small and does not have a pre-septic tank for dividing.
