The time after which sertraline (the active substance of ApoSerta) and its metabolites are eliminated from the body is from approx. 310 to 510h, i.e. from approx. 12 to 21 days. Elimination of trazodone occurs after approx. 3 days. If your doctor has not advised you to stop taking your medication before the test, you should contact your doctor to determine if you need to stop therapy for blood tests.
