Is it normal that acne lesions have worsened after Tetralysal?

Good morning, I have been taking the antibiotic Tetralysal for over a week. And today I noticed that rosacea had significantly worsened on my forearms. Not only are the discolorations darker, but he also began to be guided by the entire length of his hand. This alarmed me because I don't know if this is what the treatment should look like. Please advise.

Do I understand correctly that the changes on the arms were previously diagnosed by a dermatologist as a symptom of rosacea? Or are they a completely new skin lesion? Did you expose your arm skin to sunlight while using the antibiotic? Tetralysal is an antibiotic used in rosacea – the effectiveness of treatment is most often achieved only after a few weeks of treatment, so you can expect an initial worsening of symptoms. Therefore, if the changes on the arms have already occurred before, their severity can be treated as a fairly predictable side effect.
