Can I give a child fish oil that has been out of the fridge for a short time? Are there contraindications if a child uses Nystatin, Hitaxa and Avamys?

The child after the antibiotic got oral mycosis on which he takes Nystatin and permanently takes Avamys and Hitaxe. Can I give Fish Oil, Home First Aid Kit in this situation?! And is the fish oil that was opened yesterday and not hidden in the refrigerator (I did not read it only today), which is a day outside the refrigerator is fit for consumption?

There are no contraindications to the administration of fish oil in this situation. As for improper storage, in my opinion, the storage time outside the refrigerator was short, so if you do not feel changes in the taste, smell and appearance of the product, it can still be used.
