The combination of both drugs Setaloftu and Persen Forte is not indicated, since valerian extract increases the risk of side effects such as excessive drowsiness, impaired concentration, dizziness. That is why you should not combine sedative herbal medicines ( Persen Forte) with antidepressants (Setaloft), anxiolytics, hypnotics.
