I can't find any information that arnica oil weakens the effect of the Implanon NXT contraceptive implant. Known interactions concern drugs used in the treatment of epilepsy, tuberculosis, HIV. Hepatitis C, griseofulvin, bosentan and St. John's wort extracts.
