Analyzing the scientific literature, it can be concluded that the safest drugs from the group of PPIs (proton pump inhibitors) are: - pantoprazole (e.g. Anesteloc, Controloc, IPP, Pamyl, Nolpaza, Ranloc) - lansoprazole (e.g. Lanzul, Zalanzo) - rabeprazole (e.g. Zulbex) The availability of the above-mentioned drugs in pharmacies in Poland can be checked via GdziePoLek. It is discouraged to use omeprazole (Bioprazole, Helicid, Polprazole) and esomeprazole (Emanera, Mesopral, Texibax) simultaneously with clopidogrel, due to the possibility of reducing the effect of clopidogrel. All except omeprazole and esomeprazole, e.g. pantoprazole.
