Can I take Nimesil if I already take Duloxetine and Pregabalina?

Good morning, I take duloxetine at a dose of 60mg and pregabalin 150mg. The dentist prescribed me the painkiller Nimesil. Does the occasional use of this drug at a dose of 2g pose a high risk of interaction with these drugs?

According to available sources, no significant cross-drug interactions were observed during the combined use of Duloxetine 60 mg. Pregabalin 150 mg and Nimesil. However, the mentioned dose of Nimesil, i.e. 2 g, definitely exceeds the dose limit values. According to the information contained in the Summary of Product Characteristics, it is allowed to use the drug at a dose of 100 mg 2 times a day after a meal. Perhaps the 2g mentioned by you is the size of the entire sachet of the drug, in which, in addition to 100 mg of the active substance, there are 1.9 g of excipients. Taking a 10-fold higher dose (i.e. 2 g of the active substance) can lead to drowsiness, coma, vomiting, epigastric pain, and even gastrointestinal bleeding and acute renal failure. Therefore, if you need Nimesil, do not take more than 1 sachet at a time and a maximum of 2 sachets per day.
