No, it is not possible to buy dried THC 20% in Croatia for a Polish prescription. Dried medical marijuana is a narcotic drug. To receive the drug in the pharmacy you need a prescription Rpw. - this is a special designation for prescriptions for narcotic drugs. The so-called cross-border prescription, i.e. one that was issued in Poland and is to be implemented abroad, does not include narcotic drugs to which dried medical marijuana is qualified. Therefore, the Polish cross-border prescription cannot contain a prescription drug Rpw.
