It is usually recommended to give Mydocalm Forte in three divided doses per day after meals. Therefore, it is best to take the medicine in the morning after breakfast, in the afternoon after lunch and in the evening after dinner. Ideally, the intervals should be 8 hours, but due to the need to administer the drug after a meal, the intervals can be shortened, e.g. to 6 hours.
