Will a pharmacy in Poland sell Prolie on the basis of a prescription issued in the USA or will a doctor in Poland write a prescription for Prolie on the basis of research and results made in the USA?

On the basis of a prescription from the USA, you can buy Prolia only for 100% payment, provided that the prescription contains basic data such as: - patient data: full name and first name, date of birth - date of prescription - data of the doctor issuing the prescription: full name and first name, professional qualifications, data enabling direct contact, address (including country) and signature (handwritten or digital) - name of the prescribed product: commonly used name (instead of trade name, which may vary from country to country), form (tablet, solution, etc.), quantity, dose (strength) and dosage method. It also does not seem possible to me that a doctor on the basis of tests from the USA would be able to issue a reimbursed prescription if the patient is not insured in Poland. Poland does not have contracts with the USA for cross-border treatment, as it does with other countries within the European Union. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
