No, Nimesil is not a narcotic drug and does not cause addiction. Nimesil is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug - the same group of drugs belongs, for example, to the popular ibuprofen (Ibum, Ibuprom) or ketoprofen (Ketonal).
