"Strange feeling in the nose" is a very non-specific, subjective description and it is difficult for me to figure out what exactly the ailment reported by you is. In the wording in which you give it, the documentation of Tetracyclinum (because there is no preparation called Tetraccyclikum) does not mention nasal disorders. However, it may be worth looking at the leaflet and seeing what possible side effects may occur while taking Tetracyclinum - perhaps in one of them you will recognize your symptoms: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/78289/tetracyclinum-tzf-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/19017 I enclose additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
