In choosing a good gynecological probiotic, not only the amount of lactobacilli is important, but above all the type of strains and whether the bacteria contained in the preparation will remain alive throughout its shelf life (we have such certainty only in the case of preparations registered as medicines - there are currently no gynecological oral probiotics with drug status available). In my opinion, a noteworthy gynecological oral probiotic is ProVag. In one capsule it contains 1 billion lactic acid bacteria in the following proportions: 50% Lactobacillus gasseri 57C, 25% Lactobacillus fermentum 57A, 25% Lactobacillus plantarum 57B. The manufacturer of the preparation also produces vaginal gynecological probiotics in the form of a drug, thanks to which we know that it has technology that allows the production of good quality probiotic preparations. I attach a link to the page where you can compare ProVag prices in online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64895/provag-kapsulki/apteki

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
