Should I discontinue Gynalgin if I got spotting?

Hello, To complete the treatment with the drug gynalgin, I have two tablets left to take. I have just received spotting and I wonder whether in this situation to discontinue the drug until the cessation of spotting, or apply it to the end? Best regards

Spotting may be one of the side effects of Gynalgin and you do not need to stop treatment if it occurs. However, if by spotting you mean the beginning of menstruation and during these 2 days there is intense bleeding, then the effect of the drug may be weakened.
