Can I use Provera, Exacyl and Bactrim Forte at the same time?

Hello, please advise, I have a detected cyst on the ovary, which turned out to be the reason for stopping menstruation Can you use together (only different dosage and treatment period) Provere and Exacyl and Bactrim forte -this drug instead of an antibiotic due to the cyst?

Regarding the legitimacy and safety of the use of Provera, Exacyl and Bactrim Forte can only be commented on by a doctor, after reviewing the history of the disease and current test results. As regards the interactions between Provera, Exacyl and Bactroban, a very significant interaction was found between the medroxyprogesterone contained in Provera and tranexamic acid, the active substance in Exacyl. The simultaneous use of both of these drugs increases the risk of blood clots as a result of the increase in the thrombogenic effect of tranexamic acid. Simultaneous use of both drugs is allowed only if, in the opinion of the doctor, the benefits of the treatment outweigh the risks associated with their simultaneous use.
