For 4 days I have been using rozex for acne lesions on the face. The changes have become much larger, they have merged into pies, I feel stinging pain in their places, a crust of pus and hard skin has formed. Is it time to stop taking the drug or is it supposed to be like that? I got the drug after teleadvice, so I have limited confidence in the treatment on the phone, but it looks much worse now and in addition I feel a strong discomfort of the whole face.

Rozex, like any drug can, although it does not have to cause side effects. Dry skin, erythema, itching, skin discomfort (burning, skin pain/stinging), skin irritation or worsening of acne symptoms may appear. However, in my opinion, the "shell of oil and hard skin" goes beyond possible side effects that can be ignored or "waited out". Your entry shows that the ailments have gained quite serious strength, and based on their description, it can be concluded that a stationary consultation with a dermatologist is advisable.
