They have been suffering from psoriasis for 5 years. Now it fell on the joint in the knee and melt.the doctor prescribed me metex in injections.I took 5 doses unfortunately I do not feel any improvement.leg stiff Is this normal?

Perhaps the dose of the drug was insufficient. According to the manufacturer: "The first effects of treatment should generally occur after about 2 – 6 weeks. Once the desired therapeutic effect has been achieved, the dose should be gradually reduced to the lowest effective maintenance dose." It is worth consulting a doctor, you may need to continue therapy with metex in a higher dose.
