Zyx (or over-the-counter Zyx bio) contains levocetririzine dihydrochloride from the group of antihistamines/antiallergics. Zyx is used to treat symptoms associated with: - allergic rhinitis (including chronic allergic rhinitis); - urticaria. Therefore, it will alleviate the symptoms associated with photodermatosis, which is urticaria after sun exposure. The reason for this phenomenon may be the use of some drugs, such as: contraceptives, some antibiotics, retinoids, St. John's wort - it is worth checking as a prophylaxis whether there is no culprit among the drugs taken, and also always before exposure to the sun you should use protection in the form of appropriate clothes and sunscreen.
