I forgot that I applied the HTZ Systen Sequi patch to the buttock. I heated the lower part of the spine with a solux lamp and the patch also warmed up. Could it have happened that the skin took an increased dose of the hormone or something else... Please let me know, thank you in advance

Heating up the patch may have caused its incorrect effect. Symptoms of an overdose may include nausea, midcyclic bleeding, breast pain and tenderness, cramps and abdominal bloating. These symptoms pass without specific treatment after removal of the transdermal system. The manufacturer recommends removing the patch before using elevated temperatures as in the sauna and after using it, sticking a new one on clean skin, remembering to change the place (e.g. from the right buttock to the left).
