Hello I am permanently taking a drug for allergies clatre in the meantime I have sinusitis and I got the antibiotic amoksiklav I forgot to ask if it is possible to combine with each other?

Yes, you can combine both drugs - there are no contraindications to this as long as you keep at least 1-2 hours of space between them.
