Is the simultaneous use of sertraline and aripiprazole with amisulpride dangerous?

Good morning. I used for a month aripyrazole 15 mg, amisulpirdide low dose 25 mg and sertraline 25 mg also low dose... apparently, such a combination causes a doubling of interactions as a result of which these drugs negatively affect the heart ... or as a month I took these drugs in such doses it could come to some damage to the heart if they are relatively low doses? Just the doctor put me sertraline and abilify and I forgot that I have to discontinue amisulpiride ...

The concomitant use of sertraline and aripiprazole with amisulpiride may lead to the occurrence of arrhythmias. Of course, the higher the doses of drugs, the greater the risk of these disorders, but their occurrence is possible regardless of the doses used. Please note that, as with side effects, the consequences of drug interactions may or may not occur for every patient. If you have not experienced a problem related to arrhythmias while using these medicines, it is likely that you have not experienced the negative effects of these drug interactions. A simple examination that allows you to detect arrhythmias is electrocardiography (ECG). In case of suspicion of heart disorders, it is worth going to the general practitioner, who will perform the examination if necessary.
