After increasing the dose of Trittico, there may be a "deterioration" of the patient's condition. The most commonly reported side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting. They usually decrease in intensity and frequency as treatment continues. Usually, it takes about 2-4 weeks to get the full effects. Once symptoms have resolved, treatment should be continued for at least 6 months in order to achieve a sustained response. I am attaching additional information about the preparation you are asking about: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/80016/trittico-cr-tabletki/ulotka Reporting side effects to a doctor or individually allows you to collect more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which may help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
