For 7 months I have been taking Pralex 5 mg I feel much, much better. Fears have passed, I sleep as I have not burned for several years. The Doctor suggested that I take this drug up to 9 months. I'm going on vacation now, I'll be with friends or with such a dose of pralex can I drink wine say 100ml?

Although alcohol does not interact directly with escitalopram (the active ingredient in Pralex), it is not recommended to be consumed during treatment, as it may exacerbate side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty concentrating and lead to increased impairment of thinking, evaluation and motor coordination. Drinking one glass of wine should not lead to an intense increase in these symptoms, but it is worth being careful.
