How much to wait for the effect of using Forlax?

I am 6 days after a colonoscopy, which was not done completely due to some looping. So far I do not have a bowel movement, and I took 1 Sachet of Forlax yesterday morning, and this morning again 1 sachet of Forlax. And nothing. Should I take 1 sachet of Forlax again tonight or wait for the effect. Best regards
