During isotretinoin treatment, will the pores continue to clog, e.g. through cosmetics?

During isotretinoin treatment, will the pores still clog, e.g. by cosmetics? I have the impression that since I started using makeup remover oil on my face there have been more small, purulent changes or should I give up this step of care? How to deal with congestion during isotretinoin treatment and how to deal with hard-to-heal pimples?

Isotretinoin inhibits the activity of the sebaceous glands, reduces them, and also has an anti-inflammatory effect on the skin. Some people observe the severity of acne during the first weeks of treatment with this substance. The treatment usually lasts from 16 to 24 weeks. Symptoms of acne may disappear for up to 8 weeks after the end of the treatment. It is difficult for me to answer whether you are experiencing the aforementioned exacerbation, or whether the cosmetic does not actually serve you. If you have objections to it, I suggest you put it aside and see how the skin reacts. During treatment with isotretinoin, exfoliating or other anti-acne products cannot be applied to the skin. However, you can use moisturizing and rebuilding preparations that rebuild the hydrolipid barrier. You can read more about this in the following thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/81985/cerave-jak-zaczac-swiadoma-pielegnacje-twarzy
