The dosage regimen recommended in your official Mysimba documentation is as stated by your doctor. After starting treatment, the dose should be gradually increased over a period of 4 weeks as follows: • I week of treatment: one tablet in the morning • II week of treatment: one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening • III week of treatment: two tablets in the morning and one tablet in the evening • IV week of treatment and next: two tablets in the morning and two tablets in the evening The maximum recommended daily dose of Mysimba is two tablets twice a day. The recommended dosage regimen is developed by the manufacturer on the basis of data from clinical trials. If you have doubts whether the recommended dosage regimen is optimal in your individual case, you should contact your doctor. It will also help to assess the significance of the side effects felt.
