What should be the gap between alprazolam and lormetazapam?

I took one evening before sleeping alprazolam 0.25mg unfortunately I did not sleep all night only calmed me down. Can I take lormetazepam for sleeping the next evening (this helps me fall asleep) or relanium? Or is it too short a gap between drugs?

Good morning, yes you can apply lormetazepam the next night. However, please remember not to take all the substances you mentioned in one day. For my part, I also pay attention to try not to take such sleeping pills every day for a long time, as this can negatively affect the quality of sleep. I think that a few simple rules of so-called sleep hygiene may be useful. I mean airing the bedroom before bedtime, and above all to not watch TV, phone or other screens about two hours before going to bed, because the light of screens strongly wakes us up. In addition, please remember that dinner should be a light meal, which should be taken at the latest about 2 - 3 hours before bedtime. These principles are easy to implement and often can be beneficial. Hello, I'm taking lorazepam for the second week, but it doesn't work well and I still have 5mg relanium left, should I make some interval.
