Both drugs belong to the group of NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). It is not recommended to combine Nimesil with other NSAIDs and with other analgesics. Rantudil Forte when used concomitantly with other NSAIDs, including Nimesil, may increase the risk of stomach and duodenal ulcers or bleeding. This association should be avoided. It is best to establish therapy with a doctor. Dosage regimen: Rantudil Forte - the usual dose for adults is 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, orally, taken with meals with plenty of liquid. Preferably with ordinary still water. Doses above 180 mg/day should not be used for more than 7 days. Nimesil - is 100 mg twice a day (2 times 1 sachet) after meals. Nimesil should be used for the shortest possible period and no more than 15 days in one course of treatment. Taking the drug for the shortest period necessary to relieve symptoms reduces the risk of side effects.
