Meldonium is not included in the Register of Medicinal Products Authorized for Marketing on the territory of the Republic of Poland. I also do not find any literature on the interaction of this drug with other substances. Sirdalud contains tizanidine - a substance with a relaxant effect on skeletal muscles and is a drug intended for the treatment of painful muscle spasms and increased muscle tone caused by neurological diseases. Sirdalud MR contains the same active substance as Sirdalud, however, it comes in the form of modified-release capsules, which means that the active substance is released from the drug gradually over a longer period of time, which avoids high initial concentrations (less likelihood of side effects) and maintains the therapeutic plasma concentration of the drug for 24 hours, so that the drug can be administered once a day, and not as with the usual Sirdalud - 3 times a day. I enclose leaflets: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/71404/sirdalud-tabletki/ulotka https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/71405/sirdalud-mr-kapsulki-o-zmodyfikowanym-uwalnianiu/ulotka
