Can I use the combined drugs Metronidazole, Momester, Sinupret and inhalation from Zabłocka brine mist or saline?

Good morning. I am using Metronidazole for SIBO. I also have a problem with atokami. The doctor prescribed me Momester. Can I additionally use Sinupret and do inhalation from Zabłocka mist or saline. Is there no risk of interaction. Best regards
