Is it possible to take Allertec and Trexan Neo drugs at the same time?

Hi since yesterday I take Traxan Neo 2.5 mg after 1 tablet swollen my mouth and I have a rash on my body that appeared quite often. Can I in this case take Allertec which always helps me?
