How to switch from Leverette to Diane-35 and is there a risk that I will get acne?

I have been taking Leverette contraceptive pills for over a year I would like to change them to diane35. Can I start a new blister with Diane35 right away after the leverette is finished? Is there a high risk that I will get acne after that. ?

If you are taking a combined contraceptive such as Leverette, it is recommended that you start taking Diane-35 "on day 1 after taking the last active tablet, but no later than day 1 after the usual pause in active substance pills or placebo of the previous combined oral contraceptive". Each Leverette blister contains 21 yellow film-coated tablets (with hormones) and 7 white placebo-coated tablets. This means that it is best to take 21 tablets of yellow Leverette and immediately start the Diane-35 blister. In this case, most likely, there will be no withdrawal bleeding. Some gynecologists suggest starting a new drug in such a situation on the day of the onset of bleeding on placebo tablets. At the latest, a new pack can be started the next day after taking all the tablets from the last Leverette blister. Diane-35 has anti-acne properties. Skin lesions should therefore not occur during treatment with this drug.
