When using Clindacne gel, you can drink alcohol. According to the manufacturer - "Clindamycin administered topically is absorbed into the body to a small extent. Studies of patients who used clindamycin topically have shown that it can appear in plasma at concentrations more than 100 times lower than standard oral doses." Thus, the risk of interaction of the gel with drugs taken orally or with alcohol is negligible.
