There may be an interaction between Castagnus and Abilify. According to the manufacturer: "Due to the possible dopaminergic and estrogenic effect of the fruits of the immaculate, the occurrence of interactions with drugs from the group of agonists or antagonists of receptors for dopamine and estrogen, i.e. e.g. antipsychotic drugs, cannot be excluded" - i.e. from Abilify. If you suffer from menstrual pains, you can use diastolic drugs, e.g. No-Spa, or analgesics, e.g. Pyralgina. These drugs can be bought without a prescription, also on-line with home delivery, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54560/no-spa-max-tabletki-powlekane/apteki?pvid=149462#internetowe https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65496/pyralgina-tabletki/apteki?pvid=241223#internetowe I also attach a link to a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-miesiaczka-musi-bolec
